Aasha started her career in the Property Management Industry dealing with multiple client, owner and vendor relationships. Also, excelling in the customer service and sales industry for more than 12 years. Her love for real estate and helping clients find the perfect home gave her the inspiration to start the FAB Brand. In February of 2021 she started her own property management company, FAB 1st Property Management. In August of 2022 the office location for FAB Realty Group and Fabulous 1st Property Management was opened.
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with FAB Realty Group has been so unprofessional and frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others.
Since the day I moved in, my home has had A/C issues. I’ve submitted over 14 work orders, and more than 8 different HVAC companies have attempted repairs — yet the problem continues year after year. In July, during 100+ degree weather, they left my family without A/C for over 4 days. Their service manager, Quincy, scheduled to come multiple times, never showed up. Out of desperation, I hired my own technician who solved the problem in 5 minutes (a simple clogged line).
Now, two months later, the A/C is broken again. Once again, we were left all weekend without air, and no one from FAB Realty treated it like the emergency it was. Instead of owning their failures, the maintenance manager lied to the property owner, claiming I made unauthorized decisions. As a result, FAB Realty now refuses to cover A/C repairs and expects me to pay out of pocket, despite the long history of documented issues.
To make matters worse, the property manager, Aasha, has refused to return calls or voicemails from me or my wife. Other maintenance requests have also been neglected — for example, a plumbing leak in my kitchen that has gone 27 days without repair.
As a retired 1SG and current business owner, I’ve never encountered such poor service or dishonesty in property management. If you are a service member or business owner in the Fort Bragg area, I strongly urge you to stay away from FAB Realty Group. They take your money but fail to maintain their properties or care for tenants. This company should not be managing homes in this community.
